Shipping Policy

Sustainability means really thinking about every step in the process, so we’ve carefully chosen our packaging and shipping options to meet our (and your) values.

We have transitioned some of our shipping direct form our Peru-based office - a unique opportunity to remove a stop and reduce a substantial amount of carbon emissions by shipping direct to customers. 

We offer FREE shipping over $40 to the United States. We are working on extending this to more countries in the future. 

 

Shipping Origin

Please refer to the product page for shipping origin: 

For products that ship from Peru: 

We batch-ship most orders of this from our office in Peru, Lima. Orders placed on Tuesdays by noon PST will be included in the orders fulfilled on Friday. Orders placed after Tuesday at noon PST will be included in the following week's shipments. After the orders are fulfilled it will take 3-7 days shipping time before being delivered to customers.

Please note that orders placed on or before Tuesday can't be changed after Wednesday. 

Please note that most of our knits are shipped from our Peru Warehouse and Studio via FEDEX. It is important to note that SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED at this time for these goods. We are working with the carrier for other solutions as we know that this is not always compatible or convenient. 

 

For Shipping from Texas:

Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping within the continental U.S as we use USPS and times can be unpredictable these days! 

 

Packaging:

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the shipping packaging from Peru so if the shipping origin is Peru this will come in the regulated Fedex shipping mailer. In all other areas that we CAN control we strive to be a sustainable as possible- No plastic, only compostable friendly packaging is used.
