shipping
most of our knits ship from our own warehouse and studio in lima, peru. some styles ship from new york — the product page tells you which.
orders go out within 8 days, then 3–7 days in transit — so allow up to about two weeks.
shipping is $4.95, and we cover all tariffs and duties — nothing to pay at your door.
orders from lima travel with fedex, and a signature is required on delivery. we know that isn’t always convenient and we’re working with the carrier on it.
need to change an order? email us as soon as you can — once it’s in a batch we can’t pull it back.

holiday orders placed nov 1 – dec 24 can be returned or exchanged until jan 15.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale.
