shipping
most of our knits ship from our own warehouse and studio in lima, peru. some styles ship from new york — the product page tells you which.
orders go out within 8 days, then 3–7 days in transit — so allow up to about two weeks.
shipping is $4.95, and we cover all tariffs and duties — nothing to pay at your door.
orders from lima travel with fedex, and a signature is required on delivery. we know that isn't always convenient and we're working with the carrier on it.
need to change an order? email us as soon as you can — once it's in a batch we can't pull it back.
exchanges
yes — we do exchanges, and it's the fastest way to get the right piece. start a return in your account and choose exchange. you can swap for a different size or color in the same style, pick something else entirely, or take store credit. no need to place a second order and wait for a refund.
if you're between sizes, check fit & feel on the product page first — it lists that exact style's measurements, so you can compare against a piece you already own.
returns
you have 30 days from delivery. start it in your account — same place as an exchange.
pieces need to come back unworn and in the condition they arrived, with the original packaging (the cotton bag and the ribbon too, please — we reuse them).
sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit — not refunded. anything marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.
